Life’s too short. I’m sure this isn’t the first time you’ve heard that saying, and in my opinion it’s very true. Because of this, for me life is all about taking short cuts. I don’t mean cutting back in quality however, I mean more in terms of how I do things and how long they take. An example of this is my brand new coffee maker I bought the other day. Now for much of my life I haven’t had a coffee maker, I simply boiled the kettle, added dry coffee powder to a cup and stirred them both together. Now while there’s nothing much wrong with that, there is a better way to make coffee. The things is, if this is one of the drinks I have every day in my life, then why not make it the best drink I can make it? After all, life’s too short!!

So yer, now I use a coffee maker for my morning coffee, it takes as much hands on time for me to make as my old coffee making method but it’s a lot nicer to drink. I’m even thinking of getting a tea maker as well.

Now while I’ve been talking about coffee makers, this same rule applies to any and every thing in your life. It’s about cutting down the amount of time you do unnecessary ‘filler’ things in your life, and increasing the amount of quality and good experiences you encounter.
